Glen Lyon

There are ways and ways to spend your sunday. This time, I teamed up with Colin to cycle along Glen Lyon. We were expecting some clouds and sunny intervals, but we found plenty of fresh snow and cold winds. At the top of the hill, we checked map, had a snack and we continued. But soon after we realized that it was not very wise to continue. So, we turned back and we promised to get come back. I believe that it is a decent route in summer time with not much snow.

Por una buena causa

Ha pasado un buen tiempo desde la ultima charla. Podriamos decir que el guachinche ha estado cerrado por reformas. Pero ya estamos de vuelta con nuevas tapitas, buenos vinos y picantes charlas.

Para abrir el menu, mañana es el maratón de Edimburgo de este año, donde voy a participar. Y ya tengo mi dorsal.

Y por fin ha llegado el dia del gran evento, despues de una larga temporada de entrenamiento desde Febrero, corriendo una media de 50km por semana. Esperemos que tantas horas de entrenamiento me sirvan para no 'sufrir' tanto durante los 42 km de la carrera.

Aunque cuesta ir a correr despues de un largo duro de trabajo, al final merece la pena salir a trotar por las colinas de las Pentlands.

I have no words, and I am going just to reproduce some section from this shocking news : Bike sex man placed on probation

"Robert Stewart, 51, admitted a sexually aggravated breach of the peace by conducting himself in a disorderly manner and simulating sex."

"Mr Stewart was caught in the act with his bicycle by cleaners in his bedroom at the Aberley House Hostel in Ayr."

"The accused was holding the bike and moving his hips back and forth as if to simulate sex"

"Stewart had denied the offence, claiming it was caused by a misunderstanding after he had too much to drink."

What is it worse : having 'sex' with your bike or the amount of booze you have to drink to pretend your are having 'something' with your bike semi naked?
